The Pulse Health and Fitness Personal Training programme offers mobile Personal Training services tailored to suit the Individual. Working one-on-one with a client Pulse Personal Training programme helps an individual assess their level of physical fitness and helps them work toward a personal fitness goal through proper exercise and diet.
We are available to train clients on a One to one, Pairs and Small group’s basis. For training sessions in a client’s home, work place, office, Local Park or serve as instructors for fitness classes. We can work around your existing work and social commitments so that you train when it suits you best. The Pulse personal trainer programme's can also work through local fitness centres and health clubs, assisting clients within the facility.
Due to Pulse's more interpersonal contact between the trainer and a client our personal trainer is more readily able to provide motivation and support to an individual in an exercise program, in addition to proper technical instruction. While keeping records of clients’ exercise sessions to help monitor progress, and advise clients on how to modify their lifestyle to improve their health and fitness.
At Pulse we will conduct a consultation including a series of health tests which will also focus on your current lifestyle, diet, health , exercise likes and dislikes, then we will put together your personal programme which will include nutrition and weight management advice. This consultation session will give you the opportunity to get to know your Personal Trainer and your Personal Trainer to get to know you before training begins…
