What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is a series of continuous, circular, slow, relaxed, smooth flowing movements that has numerous health benefits for people of all ages and health conditions. Tai Chi oxygenates every cell and muscle in the body and self massages the internal organs.
While rest and relaxion are important as we get older, we need regular exercise to stay active and healthy. Exercise makes the heart stronger; increases energy levels, muscle strength and bone density and reduces the risk of falls.
